REFUND POLICY

 

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final and we do not offer returns.

 

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical problem with your files (for example, a corrupted or missing download), contact us and we will make it right — either by re-sending your files or, where required by law, issuing a refund.

 

If you purchased by mistake or have any other concern, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to help.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including EU consumer rights. By completing your purchase of a digital product and downloading the files, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
